Combo Apps/Hallows Eve

Hallows Eve Demo

Halloween is just around the corner and JixiPix had acquired a new app called Hallows Eve. This is also the first JixiPix app that is universal to the iPhone/iPad. So I’ll be doing the normal overview with this app and let you know in advance that this app is well worth getting !!!

The top images was edited with Hallows Eve.

We load up our photo and you always get random tint and cloud cover.

You can change the color of the tint too, by tapping on the three line button and the word Scene will pop up. You can pick whatever color you want by tapping on the color square. You’ll noticed the typical color pick tool to change your Colors and hues. There is also other sliders, Tone, Dark Scene and Contrast.

Now let’s talk about the cloud button, you can change the opacity on how dramatic you want your cloud overlay to look on your photo. Something not shown but you can change your cloud cover by tapping on the cloud button. There are 20 different cloudy and rainy scene you can choose from. I’m sure overtime there will be more added to future updates but 20 is a very awesome start !!!

Let’s start adding goodies to our photo, there’s a lot of great stuff to choose from. It’s really easy to do too. All you have to do is tap on the goodie box and a selection box will pop up. You can slide your finger up and down, then tap on the Hallow item you want. Then you can enlarge them and place the items where you want on your photo. You can add as many things you like on top is your photo. There’s an opacity slider to adjust and blend in the items. You can also flip flop your objects and place them on top of each other.

Hallows Eve Demo Edit

This is my finished image with Hallows Eve. The images are full resolution saves at 2448 x 2448. This means whatever your photo resolution is, that what will be saved. Make sure to check your photo res before you start editing. But there’s something else I need to show you with this app.

There are also presets and a random dice button on the top right hand corner. You can use these presets to get an idea of how you want your Hallows Eve scene to look or give you some inspirations.

My Hallows Eve

You can make a lot of cool and creative spooky images with Hallows Eve. The app is universal to the iPad and costs $1.99 at the App Store. The app is worth picking up and adding to your collection. So if you love spooky and crave Halloween all year long, then go and pick up Hallows Eve. The app is also available on Android, Windows and Mac OS.

If you have any questions please leave comments or email me Have a great day and see you soon !!!
