Combo Apps/Une Bobine by Fuse Chicken

That was a cute story about the Une Bobine by Fuse Chicken. You’re thinking not another cable…what’s so special about this cable compared to others. Well I’m going to tell you what’s special about this cabled compared to the rest. Why I really feel this should be the cable with you on your mobile travels, at home and/or Facetime chat.

Une Bobine - 1

Here’s my Une Bobine cable…I got so excited that I cut off the tip of the box when I got it. That’s why I took the photo this way.

Une Bobine - 2

This is what you get when you just order the Une Bobine cable only, cable and two plastic clips. The short clip is to attach your Lightning Cable and the longer one is for the USB to attache a Micro USB. The cable is made out of stainless steal, heavy but very durable. You can also make this cable into a makeshift camera and video stand too. This cable will come in handy for the mobile photographers needs and should be in your bag of tricks, ready to be used in case your forgot your mini tripod.

Une Bobine - 3

As you can see this holds up my old iPhone 3G up very well and looks pretty cool. One nice thing is you will not ever have to worry about these cables fraying on you. They also have the old school side clip buttons too, so the Une Bobine locks into place.

Key Points about the Une Bobine:

-Reinvents the gooseneck for your smartphone
-The cable is the stand is the cable
-Holds up the smartphone’s weight
-24 inches long, twists to any shape
-$20, available now at fusechicken.com
-Sexiest looking cable you can own
-MicroUSB model fits Galaxy phones and most other smartphones
-30 pin model fits iPhone 4, iPod, and most compatible devices

Where to Buy: you can purchase the Une Bobine at Fuse Chicken Website, Photojojo, Bite My Apple (starting at $14.99 – $34.99) or Amazon. The Une Bobine sells for $19.95 each (just the cable alone), which is a steal of a deal considering you pay that much for the Apple or any 3rd party cable. It’s strong, heavy and durable with the clips to lock in place on the sides. They so make cables for Lightning Cable and Micro USB, when Fuse Chicken gets more in I will be doing a write up on those cables too. If you go to Fuse Chicken’s website they offer a car kit with the cable for $24.95.
